Ulster Hose Goes Mutual Aid Twice in Four Days

On February 1, 2023, at approximately 1457 hours, Glasco Fire Department along with Centerville-Cedar Grove’s FAST Team was dispatched for smoke from the structure at 3085 Route 9W. Ulster Hose Car 1 was in the area and reported a working basement fire. Upon arrival, Glasco transmitted a second alarm, which brought Ulster Hose unit 61-10 (Engine 4) to the scene. Engine 4’s crew assisted with primary and secondary searches as well as ventilation.

Just a few days later, on February 4th, around 0945 hours, Mount Marion Fire Department along with Diaz Ambulance was dispatched for smoke from the side of a residence at 503 Kings Highway. Upon arrival, Mount Marion command (Car 41) transmitted a second alarm, bringing unit 61-10 to the scene. Members of UHFD assisted with searches and ventilation.
