On April 27 2016 at approx. 1703 hours; Ulster Hose responded to a motor vehicle accident on Route 9W. First arriving units found a three car accident, with one patient still in the vehicle, unable to get out. Engine 1 arrived and quickly extricated the patient from the vehicle. Three patients were transported to a local hospital.
