On March 15, 2016 at approx. 0614 Ulster Hose was dispatched inter-county mutual aid to Red Hook Fire Department for a FAST team to the scene. Car 1 arrived 3 min. prior to the truck and found a large commercial eatery well involved with fire through the roof. Truck 1 fully staffed arrived shortly after. The FAST team was put to work upon arrival of an additional Dutchess County FAST team. Crews from Truck 1 assisted in opening up and fire suppression. An additional Tanker was requested to Red Hook; Engine 4 took the assignment and assisted with water shuttle. Crews operated for about 5 hours before returning to service.
