On July 1st at approximately 2100 hours, Ulster Hose was dispatched for their dive team to respond for a vehicle in the water in the Lomontville Fire District. Upon arrival, units found two individuals on the roof of the vehicle submerged in swift water up to the roof. Together with the Ulster County Sheriffs Office, the team set up a swift water rescue and rescued the individuals without incident.
