On May 30th at approx. 1028 hours Ulster Hose was dispatched for their dive team to respond to the Onteora Lake in the town of Hurley for a reported possible body in the water. Arriving units confirmed a deceased individual floating in the water. Ulster Hose dive team members arrived on scene and set up a recovery operation. The deceased individual was removed from the water and turned over to the Ulster County Medical Examiner without incident.
