At 1621 hours on Saturday afternoon, Ulster Hose was dispatched for a rollover auto accident on the NYS Thruway. Car 2 was the first arriving unit and found one vehicle on its side with two passengers trapped. Engine 1 arrived, stabilized the vehicle and began extricating the patients. Rescue 1 arrived shortly after and assisted with the extrication process. Air 2 was put on standby but was later cancelled. Two patients were extricated and transported to the local hospital. Two other vehicles were involved but no injuries were reported. Ulster Hose was assisted at the scene by NYS Police and Mobile Life Support.
